Nature itself provides the solution for sustainable cultivation and optimal results: the natural growing power and resilience of plants. Plant Empowerment is a scientific growing philosophy that helps growers better understand how plants function and how to support them in practice.
The Philosophy
By creating optimal conditions above and below the rootzone, growers can improve plant health, increase yields and optimize the use of water, fertilizers and energy. The philosophy builds on principles that have been developed and proven in greenhouse horticulture since 2005, evolving from the Dutch concept of Next Generation Growing into what is now known worldwide as Plant Empowerment.
A new way of growing
Rather than relying on fixed recipes, Plant Empowerment focuses on understanding the plant itself. The philosophy is based on the idea that everything in the greenhouse is connected: climate, light, water, energy and plant physiology all influence each other.
By understanding these relationships, growers can make better decisions and create stronger, more resilient crops.
The three plant balances
At the heart of Plant Empowerment are three natural balances that determine how a plant grows. When these balances are in equilibrium, plants become stronger, healthier and more efficient.
